Letters of Recovery
The letter of recovery is a document signed by our Medical Director that states a patient has recovered from a COVID-19 infection. Patients must provide proof of a positive RT-PCR COVID-19 test, positive serology report or Rapid Antigen Test.
Some countries accept this as a travel document. However, patients must confirm with their airline or destination that this type of document would be accepted.

- Please copy and paste the form below and email to medionerxconcierge@gmail.com along with your results and proof of vaccination 5 days (10 if not fully vaccinated) after your test.
- A nurse from our team will follow up with you for next steps.
